We are recruiting an Finance Manager for a growing manufacturing organization in the Raleigh area. This role will partner with both plant and operational leadership, focused on supporting end‑to‑end financial oversight of site operations to include cost accounting, inventory, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role partners closely with plant leadership to identify cost drivers, explain variances, and help guide both tactical and strategic decisions. Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership to analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and profitability Support ongoing operational reviews, providing visibility into productivity, labor, and cost metrics Act as a finance liaison across operations, supply chain, and leadership teams Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for site operations Build financial models to support scenario planning, operational decisions, and investment initiatives Oversee standard costing processes, including maintenance of cost structures and periodic updates Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances; identify root causes and drive corrective actions Support physical inventory processes and ensure integrity of inventory reporting Evaluate capital projects through financial modeling, ROI analysis, and post‑investment review Support month‑end close activities related to inventory, cost of goods sold, and operational reporting Requirements 7+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant‑focused FP&A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory, and operational finance concepts Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling in a manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
