Job description: Finance Payor Manager

Location: Denver, CO(Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills

Proven track record of problem-solving abilities needed to develop strategy and direction within a complex payor/provider market

Enjoys owning complicated, fast paced deliverables and is comfortable navigating uncertain and ambiguous challenges with support of senior teammates

Ability to thought-partner across multiple stakeholders, and demonstrated experience in driving forward-progress for complex projects

Solid communication skills; can develop high quality, well formatted presentations and is comfortable communicating complex topics to a senior-level audience

Experience within fast paced, deal-oriented teams in the corporate development, business development, banking, consulting or adjacent fields

Preferred experience with top tier management consulting firm or investment banking

Desired traits and skills:

Action-oriented doer who sees themselves as a combination of contributor and leader as they move their organization successfully down strategic pathways

High degree of creativity and intelligence. Excellent problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities. Ability to perform exceptionally in fast-paced, matrix environment

Strong interpersonal skills and communications style that will develop confidence in the team they lead and keep the attention of the broader organization

High degree of comfort in ambiguity and track record of performing in similar role

Proven ability to assess, attract, retain and develop internal personnel to meet performance expectations and future team needs

Previously demonstrated abilities as a consensus builder. Strong, self-confident, decisive leader with good listening skills. Self-starter with drive and initiative

Emotional maturity and ability to create change in an environment where the structure may evolve rapidly

Able to work in an environment where sharing responsibility for success and failure of others on the team is critical to the overall success of the company

Is highly motivated and ambitious; demonstrates the ability, talent, commitment and ambition to assume increased scopes of responsibility
