Finance Specialist (Recruiting & Professional Services) Remote(U.S. or Brazil-based candidates welcome)A growing international recruitment firm is seeking a Finance Specialist to support financial operations across the United States and Latin America.Compensation: 7,000 Reais to 10,000 Reais/Month (DOE)This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys building structure, and wants visibility into how a scaling business operates financially.You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in managing revenue tracking, payments, invoicing, and financial coordination across multiple clients and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations & BillingManage client invoicing cycles, payment tracking, and collections follow-upCoordinate contractor payroll and employer-of-record paymentsMonitor incoming revenue and reconcile accounts across banking platformsTrack placement fees, guarantees, and payment schedulesAccounting & Reporting SupportMaintain financial records in accounting systems (e.g., Xero or similar)Assist with monthly close preparation and reporting packagesSupport budget tracking and expense monitoringPrepare financial summaries for leadership reviewProcess & Systems ManagementImprove financial workflows and documentationCoordinate with external accountants, vendors, and factoring partnersIdentify discrepancies and resolve billing or payment issues proactivelySupport the implementation of financial tools and automationIdeal Candidate Profile2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, billing, or operationsExperience in professional services, staffing, or recruiting firms strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, tracking, reconciliation)Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
