About the job Finance Specialist Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to support our financial operations by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and collections.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.- Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial insights and analysis.- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimal financial performance.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial regulations.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.Benefits & Compensation:- 401(k)- Relocation Support- Insurance Coverage (Medical, Dental, and Vision)- PTO (Paid Time Off)
