Central working location Good Career Exposure Reputable organisation As an Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties: Ensure accounts payable and receivable transactions are recorded promptly for monthly reporting. Record investment-related transactions timely, including fair value assessments, for monthly reporting. Conduct bank reconciliations. Manage inter-company billing and reconciliations. Monitor cash operations and coordinate with banks regarding account management. Execute fund transfers and fixed deposit placements as instructed. Prepare weekly cash management reports and monthly cash flow forecasts. Handle full-set accounting for subsidiaries. Process payments according to internal policies, ensuring correct account coding. Assist in preparing GST returns. Prepare financial and management schedules to support timely management reporting. Support review of payment runs for joint venture companies. Assist with budget preparation for subsidiaries. Contribute to project work as needed. Maintain organized accounting journal files. Support general administrative tasks within the finance team Carry out additional operational tasks as required to ensure smooth gallery operations.
