Overview Accounting Manager gpac is working with a stable and growing organization seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, lead an accounting team, and support operational leadership with accurate financial insight. This is a high-impact role where the right person will have visibility with leadership while helping strengthen accounting processes and reporting. Responsibilities Lead and mentor accounting team members Prepare and review financial statements and journal entries Manage account reconciliations and general ledger accuracy Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close Coordinate documentation and reporting for external audits Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Deliver routine financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis Improve accounting processes and system efficiencies Maintain internal controls and standardized accounting procedures Qualifications Education : Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting or Finance Experience : 5+ years of accounting experience; 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Skills : Strong knowledge of GAAP; excellent attention to detail and organization; strong Excel and financial reporting skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities; strong communication and leadership abilities Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; 401(k) with company match; generous PTO For confidential consideration, submit your resume directly to .
