This role will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, monitoring revenue streams from both club activities and restaurant operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with operational teams.Responsibilities:Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.Handle accounts payable and receivable.Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliation.Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.Support budgeting and cost control processes.Source and purchase goods and services required for club operations.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate prices.Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with related departments.Maintain proper purchasing documentation and records. Qualifications:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 1–2 years experience in Accounting and/or Purchasing (hospitality or F&B experience is a plus).Required Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Ungasan area.
