- Consult with clients to help them achieve long-term financial goals such as retirement planning, wealth building, and insurance needs
- Provide independent and unbiased financial guidance as part of an independent firm
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Offer customized financial strategies tailored to clients' individual needs and goals
- Maintain and update necessary licenses (Series 7 and 66 required; life and health licenses desired)
- Ensure compliance with background check requirements
- Apply professional experience in financial advising (1-5 years preferred; 3+ years ideal)
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Hold or be working towards relevant certifications (CFP, CFA, or CPA considered an asset)
