This is a newly-created Financial Analyst role that will have significant visibility across the organization!**$100-115K + BONUS **** OFFICES IN MERCER COUNTY --> 3 DAYS ONSITE **Responsibilities:Develop financial forecast and apply business judgment & financial insights to assist with decision making that aligns capital and resource allocation with the company’s strategic prioritiesMaintain various financial models for research, resolution, and decision making often with ambiguous guidelinesConfirm that the financial strategies and initiatives are integrated with corporate and business strategies.Develop reports to track Key Performance Indicators to gauge financial and operational performance and strategically focus on necessary areas of improvement and potential growth opportunities.Provide financial reporting including analysis of variances between budgeted forecasts and actual results.Create financial models to evaluate optimal allocation of capital on potential growth opportunities.Establish a special purpose vehicle to securitize future cash flows in order to obtain additional external sources of liquidity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a business-related field2+ years of business experience in FP&A/corporate finance/analytics focused role, fast growing tech company experience preferredFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience creating data architectures, manipulating data sets and building statistical models. Excel guru!!Knowledge of statistical computer languages (e.g. R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data setsComfortable with ambiguity and ability to wear multiple hats as the business evolvesStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all levels in the organizationAdvanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create visually impactful slides for executive and board presentations
