As an entry-level analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and supporting business operations with actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial performance, including profitability, trends, and key metrics, to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to aid in strategic planning.
• Develop financial models and projections to evaluate future performance under varying scenarios.
• Collaborate with departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to enhance business processes and provide financial guidance.
• Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and cost-saving measures to optimize company resources.
• Simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and participate in special projects to support organizational goals.
• Contribute to decision-making by preparing business cases, scenario analyses, and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related area.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to diverse audiences.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with financial systems such as Netsuite or Oracle is a plus.
