About the Role A leading organization in the sports and entertainment industry is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its growing FP&A team. This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision‑making across multiple business units. This is an excellent opportunity for a true FP&A professional looking to gain exposure to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment supporting live events, ticketing, and related revenue streams. Position Overview The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning efforts while partnering closely with both finance leadership and operational teams. This role will focus on data‑driven insights, variance analysis, and financial modeling to help drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long‑term planning Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast; investigate variances and provide actionable insights Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership Partner with business leaders to align financial plans with operational goals Support full P&L analysis , including revenue and expense drivers Work with large datasets from accounting and operational systems to derive key insights and KPIs Assist in preparing presentations for executive leadership, including board‑level and strategic materials Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Strong understanding of full P&L and budgeting/forecasting processes Understanding of revenue recognition and deferred revenue concepts Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups) Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly Highly detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Experience building executive‑level presentations and data visualizations Experience in Entertainment, Hospitality, Food/Beverage highly preferred Benefits Eligible for discretionary bonuses Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) retirement plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
