Financial Analyst

Job Summary Adventist Health Bakersfield is currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Financial Analyst for a full‑time role with 8‑hour day shifts. This hybrid position may be based in either Bakersfield or Hanford, CA. Essential Functions Develop methods for data querying and manipulation, design analytic models, and assist with budgeting, forecasting template design, and maintenance. Assist with preparation and completion of accurate financial and statistical information for the organization, and prepare and analyze monthly contractual allowances. Assist with preparation of Office of Statewide Planning and Development (OSHPD) reports, analyze various entities to identify revenue enhancement opportunities, and identify financial performance improvement opportunities within the organization. Direct and assist in producing product line profitability reports. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Master's Degree: Preferred Five years' relevant experience: Preferred Organizational Requirements Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
