Computer Skills:
Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Advanced Excel- Lookups, SumIfs, pivot tables, data management)
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and experience with Milliman MedInsight preferred.
Knowledge of relational databases and MS SQL Query tools experience a plus but, not required

• Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Function as the lead Finance resource on an organization-wide, multi-million dollar, multi-system implementation project.
• Develops, interpret, and implements financial models and concepts for financial planning and analysis.
• Tracks resource utilization by sub-project.
• Prepares variance reports comparing actual spend with projected spend.
• Partners with the Project Management Office to ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
• Partners with Accounting to ensure eligible expenses are amortized appropriately.
• Build upon existing monthly financial reporting by incorporating operational data sets to enhance the enterprise performance management
• Assist in the design and implementation of improvements in financial analytics and reporting that support data-driven decisions by providing clear and accurate financial summaries to management.
• Create presentations and reports to inform senior leadership on the financial performance and provide guidance on near-term and long-term opportunities and risks.
• Participate in special cross-functional projects and assignments as needed to support financial reporting and analytics.
• Assists Chief Financial Officer and Controller.
