A leading global manufacturing consumer products organization known for delivering high-quality, innovative products across international markets is seeking a Financial Analyst on a direct hire basis. The Financial Analyst will support its FP&A function and partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision making.


The Financial Analyst will play a key role within the FP&A team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis across multiple business units. This individual will develop financial models, analyze performance trends, and provide insights that help leadership understand drivers of profitability, cost management, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units and regions
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analysis, and management presentations
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational planning
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and commercial leaders to analyze performance drivers
  • Support long-range planning and scenario analysis to inform strategic decision making
  • Analyze revenue, margin, and cost trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Improve reporting processes and contribute to FP&A best practices and automation efforts
  • Ad hoc analysis and executive support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2+ years of Financial Analyst, FP&A, or related corporate finance experience
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and planning tools preferred
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience in manufacturing or consumer products environment preferred
