Job Overview As the Financial Analyst you will work in a fast-paced environment, gaining exposure across a wide variety of business activities. You will be a part of the embedded financial analyst team and will support Project Cost Control and Procurement Approval Process, EAC/Portfolio Reporting, Site Management, and work with the Labor Functional Teams. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Costing and Project Reporting. Key Responsibilities Support Project Cost Control, Estimate at Completion (EAC) / Estimate to Complete (ETC) data collection and Reporting, Customer Reporting, support Risk Management and Change Management. Assist in the consolidation of our project site portfolio. Be proactive and work with different key stakeholders, learning costing of the business. Support project reporting on budgets, actuals, forecasts, and variances. Manage purchase requisitions/orders and change management. Track labor savings by category. Risk and opportunity formulation and tracking. Aid in projects complying with governance, project delivery processes and project reporting standards. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Operations (through finance or functionally). Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment, prioritize projects, and deliver quality results within tight time constraints. Excellent organization, attention to detail, analytical and abstract reasoning skills. Be able to work in a dynamic business environment that requires rapid learning, multitask, and prioritization of deliverables. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days per week in office) based in Wilmington, MA office. Work Environment & Travel Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis. Compensation & Benefits The base range for this position in the posted location is $82,000.00 - $113,300.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
