Develop new order processes in growth regions. Support the annual planning of the Microsoft ordering process with the Enterprise Desktop Applications Team. Support and monitor the dealer's order fulfillment process for Microsoft Products. Proactively manage, track, and maintain Microsoft software entitlements. Address dealer inquiries related to Microsoft licensing. Drive efficiencies through automation and tools such as Power Platform, and help define best practices. Required Skills and Experiences Financial Analyst and Supply Management Experience (Preferred) Process-oriented, disciplined, organized, with strong attention to detail. Project management experience and/or experience leading change management efforts. Experience with financial analysis, critical thinking, and demonstrating results. Ability to drive, lead, and execute change. Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with various business partners.
