Description Manage the monthly reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations. Revenue & COS Recognition in Oracle system. Control Account (WIP/UBR/UER) reconciliations between Project Module (sub ledger) and General Ledger. Preparation of Project Flash Data for WA Flash submission. Work on various MIS reports for finance stakeholders. Interact with Business Unit Project Controller during month‑end close, explain and document P&L and balance sheet variances. Prepare records required to ensure correct Revenue Recognition and Project Accounting. Conduct month‑end checks (EAC movements, Loss Accruals, Cost Corrections). Responsible for post month‑end reports for local management. WIP analysis, UBR/UER bridge analysis, by project profitability. Project maintenance responsibilities in Oracle, including performing timely closure of projects, cost and revenue reconciliations, and clearance of differences based on internal approvals prior to project closure. Project Module closure. Generate project financial reports, including: Noetix Master Data file including projects by customer and service type Inception to Date (ITD) Invoice reports by project Run Project Status Inquiry (Noetix & Oracle) and compile reports for period close Other invoice and expenditure inquiry reports as specified Project analysis in Oracle, including: Review project budgets Review accuracy of information in project request forms and provide feedback to requestor Regularly review accuracy and completeness of project costs and revenues Perform actual versus budget analysis of gross profit and order backlog by project, explain and elevate variances Identify efficiency and process improvements to provide better financial information and reporting to operational managers. Provide support for internal and external audit requests. Participate in various ad‑hoc projects as directed by Manager/Project Controller. Finance professional with minimum 2–3 years of work experience in the FP&A domain. Hands‑on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools. Self‑starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes. Balance stakeholder, situational adaptability, manages complexities & manages ambiguity. Ability to think creatively, driven, and self‑motivated. Demonstrated ability to roll‑up your sleeves and support team members in contingency or additional requirements. High standards of accuracy and highly organized. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA. Basic understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. System knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management. Power BI or related presentation tools.
