Landmark Wealth Management, a SEC registered investment advisory firm, located in Getzville, New York, is seeking to fill a Financial Analyst position. This role provides hands‑on exposure to financial analysis, portfolio management, and client support. Note, this position is designed to remain internally focused rather than client-facing. Key responsibilities include: Financial Analysis and Advisor Assistance Support advisors by preparing meeting materials, including agendas, cash flow illustrations, trade proposals, analyses, and other requested documentation for client meetings and conference calls Learning and understanding the use of various software programs, including extensive use of Microsoft Excel, financial planning software, and various research tools/software Support advisors with ad-hoc projects, including prospect meeting analysis, historical data collection, research support, and creation of custom charts Prepare client presentation and prospecting materials Monitor client portfolios for alignment with asset allocation targets by reviewing live portfolio values and proposing trades related to rebalancing, cash needs, deposits, rollovers, or allocation changes Maintain portfolio rebalancing reports to ensure ongoing alignment with investment objectives Execute approved client trades within the Fidelity custodial platform Analyze and execute tax‑loss harvesting and tax swap trades, when applicable Develop working knowledge of trading fees, redemption charges, and transaction costs Coordinate with custodians and third‑party service providers to resolve trade‑related issues Tax Compliance Assist advisors with standard and ad‑hoc tax‑related projects, as appropriate Support the team with client tax compliance matters under supervision Other Supportive Roles Development and maintenance of internal operational support systems, including client information database, client portfolio reporting software, financial models and projections Assist with investment research projects, including fund performance analysis and economic data visualization Support onboarding of new client portfolios, including tracking transfers, rollovers, and reinvestment allocations Contribute to the development of new firm materials and initiatives, such as agenda content, formatting, and technology enhancements Salary will be competitive based on experience and qualifications.
