PLEASE NOTE: This role will be on-site at our Corporate offices in Grapevine, TX 5 days a week to begin. We will only consider candidates who currently live in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and have previous experience in an FP&A or Treasury function. We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will report to our Director Corporate FP&A with a dotted line to our Sr. Director Investor Relations. This role offers the kind of exposure to leadership that allows you to learn and grow your career. You will have global insight into financial operations through you work in FP&A and Treasury and work for a highly collaborative and fun team. You will play a key part in managing cash flow, financial reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and supporting decision-making across the business. This is one of those career defining roles that launch a career. Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis (60%)Assist in the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial models.Analyze financial and operational performance vs. budget and prior periods to provide insights and drive business decisions.Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, operations) to understand and forecast business drivers.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Prepare materials and analysis for quarterly earnings calls, board presentations, and investor relations as needed.Treasury (40%)Monitor daily cash balances and assist in short-term and long-term cash forecasting.Manage liquidity across multiple bank accounts and entities.Support treasury operations, including cash movements, bank reconciliations, and investment planning.Assist in maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to cash and treasury management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2 + years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or treasury; experience in a public company and/or DTC environment preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and FP&A tools (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leadership.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.About Us: Solo Brands operates six premium outdoor brands: Solo Stove, Chubbies, Oru Kayak, ISLE Paddleboards, TerraFlame and IcyBreeze.At Solo Brands, we aim to help the customers in our communities live a good life by inspiring moments that create lasting memories.
