The group has maintained strong and stable growth in advanced materials and precision tooling industries.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to support the financial operations of our Brazilian subsidiary.This role will focus on accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and financial coordination, ensuring accurate financial processes and supporting the company’s operational and compliance requirements.You will work closely with management, external accounting providers, and international teams, gaining exposure to global business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.Handle Accounts Payable (AP), expense verification, and payment scheduling.Monitor cash flow and company bank accounts, ensuring accurate transaction records.Perform bank reconciliations and financial data verification.Maintain and organize financial documentation and accounting archives.Support payroll coordination and salary-related financial processes.Assist with expense management and internal financial controls.Provide English–Portuguese translation support for financial communication when required.Support other financial activities compatible with the position and applicable regulations.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (preferred) Experience in finance operations, accounting, AR/AP, or financial administration (preferred)Portuguese: Native English: Intermediate or Advanced Solid financial and accounting knowledge Strong analytical and organizational skills Good knowledge of Excel and financial systems / ERPCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package compliant with Brazilian labor laws (CLT).Compensationbase salary (BRL): Around 6000-10000 BRL/monthPerformance-based bonusBenefits13th Salary (Décimo Terceiro)30 days paid vacationFGTS contributionsVale-AlimentaçãoVale-TransportePrivate Health & Dental PlanWellness ProgramCommunication AllowanceChristmas Gift Card / Voucher Location: Vinhedo – São Paulo (Campinas Metropolitan Region)If you are looking to build your career in an international industrial company with strong global backing, we would be happy to meet you.
