Job Summary Supports investor relations programs and projects through financial analysis, research, communications, presentation preparation, shareholder services, and monitoring of capital markets, peer company, analyst, and investor activity. Assists with the preparation of investor communications, management presentations, news releases, proxy‑related materials, shareholder inquiries, and other investor relations deliverables. Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. Minimum Qualifications Must possess a working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and principles at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four‑year degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field. 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, investor relations, or related field. Job Responsibilities Assists with the planning, preparation, and execution of investor relations activities, including investor presentations, earnings‑related materials, news releases, investor communications, reports, and other department‑related communications. Researches, assembles, and analyzes financial, operational, industry, and market information to support investor relations messaging, management presentations, investor meetings, and external communications. Assists with the daily monitoring and communication of sell‑side research, competitors’ results of operations, regulatory filings, stock activity, investor sentiment, and other key financial and market metrics. Develop competitive intelligence reporting strategy. Supports the development and maintenance of investor relations calendars, meeting materials, investor targeting information, analyst coverage summaries, peer company tracking, and investor engagement records. Assists in responding to questions and requests for information from individual shareholders, analysts, institutional investors, retail brokers, financial journalists, and other external stakeholders in coordination with management. Assists with shareholder service activities, including coordination with the stock transfer agent, support for individual shareholder inquiries, and administration of shareholder communication processes. Assists in coordination of proxy solicitation activities with vendors, preparation of related materials, and coordination of voting results reports. Assists with research into investor relations practices, disclosure trends, governance matters, investor engagement trends, peer company communications, and capital markets developments. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive financial, strategic, and corporate information and helps ensure investor relations materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved messaging. Performs other investor relations tasks and special projects as assigned. Key Skills and Competencies Demonstrated understanding of financial statements, reporting, and analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends. Ability to work independently on recurring analyses and reporting deliverables. Excellent human relations skills in dealing with associates, other departments, operating company personnel, external auditors, attorneys, and consultants. Self‑motivated with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks within tight deadlines and the ability to work with minimum supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in preparing financial presentations. Attention to detail with strong accuracy and organization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and corporate information.
