Pay Range: $33 - $36/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Managed departmental budgets, including monthly and annual forecasting, financial closing activities, expense tracking, variance analysis, and ROI/cost comparisons to ensure forecasting accuracy and effective financial planning.
  • Monitored financial trends and expenditures while preparing ad-hoc reports for leadership and headquarters.
  • Reviewed and updated workflows in alignment with evolving company policies and system requirements.
  • Oversaw the Mobile Division investment planning module and managed the end-to-end sample management process, including inventory tracking, documentation, reporting, returns, recycling, and disposal activities.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams such as marketing, retail, sales, and product management to coordinate sample collection and lifecycle management, ensuring accurate records, audit readiness, and process efficiency improvements


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • 1 to 3 years job related experience
  • Must have finance or accounting or business planning experience utilizing ERP system Experience in SAP a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial statement and analytical skills
  • Bilingual in Korean required (read, write, speak)
  • Must have Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with moderate Excel spreadsheet preparation skills
  • The ability to prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues and activities.
  • Manage tasks, time and allocate resources effectively
  • Ability to communicate in writing, and orally, financial data to others.
  • Ability to independently or as a team member achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within well-established policies and administrative procedures
