The analyst will provide reliable data, identify areas for improvement, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions related to expenses and growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate comprehensive reports and analytics regarding financial performance and profitability.Assist in overall budgeting and planning initiatives, analyzing necessary financial data.Evaluate monthly performance against prior years and budget forecasts.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data systems.Review and assess financial information for consistency and precision.Contribute to the month-end closing process and analysis of financial results.Manage requests for financial data and perform ad hoc analyses.Collect data, produce reports, and create financial models and analytical tools.Analyze and provide insights on capital expenditure requests.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis.Proficient in analyzing large volumes of financial data.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.A mindset focused on continuous improvement.Familiarity with SAP or comparable financial systems.
