Benefits Generous Paid Time Off Competitive Medical, Dental & other wellness programs Disability and Life Company Paid Retirement Plan Options Generous Employee Purchase Discounts Pay Range $62,000 - $88,000 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the finance team in the use of Power BI, OneStream, and other analytical systems by assisting with reporting, troubleshooting, and day-to-day data needs. Partner with IT and BI teams to help validate data, resolve issues, and support the consistency and quality of information used by the finance organization. Assist in maintaining reporting definitions, documentation, and data standards to improve consistency, accuracy, and usability across finance reporting. Support training and continuous improvement efforts by helping create user guides, sharing best practices, and assisting team members with reporting tools and processes. Support analytics projects and third-party deliverables by tracking requirements, following up on open items, and helping maintain progress against timelines and priorities. Contribute to process, reporting, and system improvements by identifying inefficiencies, testing enhancements, and providing analytical support for implementation efforts. Analyze trends, variances, and performance drivers to help identify opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and business results. Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, operations, and IT to gather requirements, answer reporting questions, and support delivery of analytic solutions. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting. 1-2 years of related experience strongly preferred. Strong technical knowledge of financial statement construction and analysis.
