Role and Responsibilities Lead sales/profit financial analysis to ensure alignment between forecast and actual sales for North America. Monitor and analyze channel inventory, WOS, aged inventory and total inventory levels to optimize balance. Support other financial projects and tasks assigned by Controller. Correspond various ad-hoc requests to HQ and subsidiaries. Skills and Qualifications 2+ years experience in corporate Finance or accounting. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting, or other related areas. Strong financial analysis, modeling and valuation skills. Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels within the business and align internal and external stakeholders toward common objectives. Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Excellent communication in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is required. A desire to move quickly and decisively in a fast-paced environment.
