Financial Analyst, Program Cost Controls

Responsibilities Assist with Earned Value Management (EVM) activities Cost and schedule integration Manpower forecasts Budget Change Requests (BCRs) Assist in quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) Perform detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position Perform quarterly estimates at completion and monthly latest revised estimate Utilize other metrics and tools to ensure the successful execution of the program Requirements Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field Minimum of 2 years related finance experience Experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis Experience with financial tools such as SAP, BW, APEX, PRISM, or similar systems U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements Hard Skills Earned Value Management Financial analysis Forecasting Budgeting Variance analysis Cost integration Schedule integration Manpower forecasting Estimates at Completion Budget Change Requests #J-18808-Ljbffr
