We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in delivering accurate royalty reporting to our licensing partners, supporting the annual budgeting process, and providing financial analysis that helps drive profitable growth across the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large, complex data sets, enjoys transforming raw data into meaningful insights, and is eager to partner with teams across the company to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities: Royalty Reporting Own the preparation and delivery of recurring royalty reports for licensing partners. Extract, validate, and analyze large sales data sets from multiple systems. Transform raw transactional data into accurate customer-facing reports and supporting schedules. Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and standardization. Financial Planning & Analysis Support the annual budget and long-range planning process. Assist with monthly/quarterly forecasting and variance analysis. Prepare financial models and management reporting that provide actionable insights. Analyze trends in sales, margins, operating expenses, and profitability. Business Analytics Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses to identify opportunities to increase sales, improve margins, and reduce costs. Build dashboards and reports that help business leaders make data-driven decisions. Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing on strategic initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to Finance leadership. Process Improvement Improve reporting efficiency through automation, advanced Excel modeling, and business intelligence tools. Develop standardized reporting and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy. Help enhance data quality and reporting capabilities across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or Business Analytics. Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex formulas. Experience working with large data sets and ERP systems. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools is strongly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience: Consumer products, apparel, wholesale, retail, or e‑commerce experience. Experience building automated reporting solutions. Mindset and orientation: Adoption of Cutter & Buck’s Mission and Values. Maintaining a customer‑first position. Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
