Job Description
1. [Support Corporate Strategy] Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, macroeconomic forecasting, and TAM analysis to inform high-impact decision making and support business objectives
2. [Drive HR Strategy] Collaborate with HR Leaders to design, develop, and implement initiatives that align People Team strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture
3. [Project Management] Contribute to projects of strategic importance. Project can include those involving the use of Client staff and/or outside consultants
4. [Identify and Implement Operational Efficiencies] Analyze existing processes / ways of working within People Team to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined solutions to improve productivity

Required Knowledge / Education / Experience
Required qualifications:
BA is required for this position with a graduate level degree (i.e., MA, MBA, etc.) preferred
Strong collaboration and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across all cultures and levels within the business.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is required with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint)
5+ years of work experience
Authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred qualifications:
Prior consulting experience (internal or external) a strong plus
Background in corporate strategy, strategic planning, consulting, and/or business development
Knowledge of one or more consumer goods industries, preferably in consumer electronics, but not required
