Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

Compensation: $100,000-$125,000

Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers the opportunity to partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives that support the organization's continued growth

• esDevelop financial models to support strategic planning and business initiativ
• esAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planni
• ngAnalyze financial and operational performance across multiple locatio
• nsSupport M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration effor
• tsCreate executive reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analys
• esIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performan

onQualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fie
• ldApproximately 4-8+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experien
• ceStrong financial modeling and analytical skil
• lsAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficien
• cyExperience supporting multi-site organizations preferr
• edHealthcare industry experience is a plus but not requir
• edExperience with DataRails, Tableau, or Power BI is preferr
