Education and Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.
Experience
Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing flash results, forecasts, and AOP as it pertains to product cost and inventory.
Strong partnership with Materials and Quality teams to ensure optimal buy-plans, engage in and support supplier recoveries.
Accountable for CMEP accounts payable—leading a team of two associates to resolve any invoice errors and ensure timely supplier payments.
Lead the preparation of Annual Physical Inventory (API) exemption inclusive of maintaining close relationship with cycle count program lead throughout the cycle count year.
Key individual/liaison for Controls and Compliance to collaborate with internal and external audit parties.
Key individual for helping lead and drive results on CMEP's contributions towards the wider EBU 3n3 profitability improvement work.
Being at a key manufacturing location, expectation of plant leadership to be on site 5 days/week.
