A Financial Analyst position that is responsible for business expense. This includes processing of TERs, auditing to corporate policy, journal entries, managing business expense system, assisting employees with business expense questions, resolving issues with the credit card provider and providing various reports to management. Primary Responsibilities Communicate with Banks, Accounts Payable, Payroll, HR, and employees, as needed to resolve problems Gathering and analyzing financial and accounting data Auditing and processing travel and expense reports Assisting in month end management and reporting Research to support employee inquiries and management questions Years of Experience 0-3 Years of accounting experience Degree Preferred Bachelor of Arts in Finance/Accounting Desired Competencies, Experience, & Qualifications Background and demonstrated understanding of financial and accounting principles. Background with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office. Excellent communication and organization skills. Demonstration of an ability to solve problems and work independently.
