Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights to support strategic decision‑making, driving operational efficiency, and achieving business objectives. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, annual budgeting, and managing operational costs. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and investment decisions. Utilize Workday Adaptive to prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. Lead the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines, developing guidelines, coordinating with various departments, and preparing budget presentations. Provide accurate forecasting of revenues and expenses to inform business leaders and support strategic planning. Track and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Present complex financial information and concepts in a clear and concise manner to non‑financial stakeholders. Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the Healthcare industry. Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive or similar financial planning software. Strong understanding of operational cost management.
