In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting strategic business decisions through comprehensive analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for driving financial excellence.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify trends.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and decision-making processes.

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs and opportunities.

• Analyze budget variances and generate actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders to facilitate informed decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support organizational goals.

• Utilize data mining techniques to extract meaningful information and enhance reporting quality.

• Monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial planning.

• Support manufacturing-related financial analysis, if applicable, to optimize cost efficiency.


Salary: 65000-85000

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis techniques.
• Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing finance is a plus.
• Familiarity with data mining techniques and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
