As we continue to expand and evolve the category, we are seeking a highly analytical Finance Analyst to support profitable growth through advanced data modeling and actionable customer insights.Position OverviewThe Finance Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization. This role is responsible for integrating complex data sets to deliver clear financial insights, including customer-level P&L analysis, trade optimization, and margin performance reporting.The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced analytics capabilities and can translate large volumes of data into strategic recommendations for Executive Leadership.Detailed duties and responsibilities:Build, maintain, and analyze detailed customer-level P&Ls across retail and foodservice accountsEvaluate trade spend, pricing strategy, and promotional ROILead month-end reporting, variance analysis, and financial trend reportingAssess profitability of special projects and new business opportunitiesPartner with Sales to support negotiations and commercial decision-makingExtract, consolidate, and validate data from multiple systems (ERP, trade management, syndicated data, freight, etc.)Develop automated dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and efficiencyApply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support forecasting and scenario planningIdentify trends, risks, and margin improvement opportunities using advanced analytics tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, R)Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Agricultural Operations, and Manufacturing to align financial insights with business strategySupport annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial modelingPresent insights with clarity and influence senior leadershipMinimum qualifications:Advanced Excel modeling skillsExperience working with large, complex data setsProficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field2 + years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Commercial FinanceConsumer Packaged Goods, food manufacturing, or retail experience preferredStrong analytical rigor and attention to detailDeep understanding of margin drivers and cost structuresAbility to translate complex data into strategic insightsStrong communication skills and cross-functional influenceThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOther Information:The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed, as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
