Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Financial Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in an enterprise environment. This role is responsible for supporting financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP), experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate business needs into effective financial and system solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial performance and trends to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.Collaborate with business teams, developers, and end users to gather, document, and translate budgeting and forecasting requirements into actionable solutions.Draft and finalize business requirements and specifications documentation, ensuring sign-off and alignment with deliverables.Develop and test budgeting templates for implementation within cloud-based financial systems.Maintain financial models and perform variance analysis to monitor performance against targets.Build an understanding of market trends and product lines to provide meaningful financial insights.Utilize Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas) to manage and analyze large datasets.Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and reporting cycles.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance related field.3–5 years of experience in financial analysis within a corporate or enterprise setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Experience working with ERP or cloud-based financial systemsExcellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interact across technical and business teams.
