Are you an experienced Financial Controller and looking for your next big challenge!? If so, then weve got the job for you!!! Our client is looking for a FC for their luxurious hotel in Coeur dAlene.

Successful applicants will have experience with high end resorts or hotel groups and a proven track record of being able to get things DONE!

The Role:
  • Responsible for all financial functions of the business ensuring accuracy and managing a small team
  • Prepare monthly management reports including departmental P and L
  • Resolving queries and suggesting improvements to service
  • Monitoring and evaluating all financial information
  • Balance sheet reconciliations ensure comprehension
  • Ensure that the management teams are properly supported to fulfil their roles and financial scope
  • Managing a small team of individuals
The Person:
  • Relevant qualifications within finance or accounting, CPA would be ideal
  • MUST have experience in a hospitality environment
  • Bubbly, positive, outgoing attitude
  • Extremely motivated, self-starter
  • Someone who thrives in a high volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be an individual of stature who has huge presence and the skill and ability to influence others
