This is a full-time, on-site role as a Financial Controller located in Broken Bow, OK. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage financial reporting, and perform financial analysis to inform key business decisions. Responsibilities include monitoring accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to support organizational goals.

• Proven expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills for financial analysis and decision-making
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred)
• Experience in managing financial operations in a manufacturing environment is a plus
