About Us: We are a leading financial organization committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic finance team. As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts; provide insights and analysis to support business planning and performance evaluation.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Audit & Compliance: Coordinate and support internal and external audits; ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and trends; provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team; foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls; familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
