Roles and Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and consolidate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights into financial performance and variance analysis.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost management, and financial modeling.
- Internal Controls: Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Tax Planning and Compliance: Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing working capital and financial resources.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
- Financial Systems: Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA designation preferred).
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
