We are not offering relocation assistance Job Summary: As our Financial Data & Reporting Analyst, you’ll be the strategic bridge between Finance, IT, and Operations , playing a central role in advancing financial insight, technology enablement, and process excellence. You will: Analyze & Inform Collect, interpret, and translate financial data into meaningful trends, insights, and recommendations. Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations that empower leadership with actionable information. Support monthly and year‑end close cycles by validating data accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Design & Optimize Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Document, evaluate, and improve finance processes with a strong focus on compliance and internal controls. Identify inefficiencies and recommend streamlined workflows across financial and operational activities. Enhance and support financial systems, reporting tools, and new AI‑driven technologies. Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements. Conduct cost‑benefit analyses for new initiatives and shape data‑driven decision making. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or similar role Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP principles, and budgeting processes Proven ability to communicate high level financial information. Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and data visualizations Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools Express confidential, ethical and professional behaviors.
