Are you looking for a challenging financial position at a international organization?As a financial executive you are responsible for managing various finance services including account receivables, accounts payable, cash management & banking, and VAT services (btw, omzetbelasting and vennootschapsbelasting). The incumbent will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, corporate policies, and procedures while delivering timely and accurate financial services.Your key responsibilities are:Account receivable: preparing invoices according to service level agreements for timely billing and collection, and generating invoices and debit notes for services rendered on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries.Accounts payable: validating payment documents to facilitate accurate disbursements and resolve disputes, and maintaining updated accounts payable data and vendor master records in compliance with company policies.Cash & bank management: analyzing cash receipts and customer payments to ensure prompt collection and reconciliation, and monitoring cash balance and cash flow forecasts to support operational funding decisions.Value added tax (VAT) management: preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns to the Dutch Tax Authority, and acting as a key liaison for VAT matters and assist in VAT fiscal unity applications.Corporate income tax management: preparing relevant information for corporate income tax return submissions, and ensuring compliance with Dutch tax authority laws and requirements.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Previous experience in finance services, preferably in a multinational environment.Proficiency in financial software such as SAP and familiarity with online banking systems.Strong understanding of Dutch tax regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and communication skills.OfferSalary between € 3.500,- and € 4.800,- monthly25 vacation days and healthcare allowancePaid healthcare insurance, including partnerAccess to an online learning platform and several training coursesRoom for internal promotions, our client is in favor of itFlexible office hoursOur clientOur client in an international organization specialized in oil and gas.
