Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Governance Manager to oversee and enhance our financial governance framework. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and training to finance teams on governance-related issues and changes in regulations.
- Monitor and assess financial controls, ensuring they are effective and operational.
- Develop and maintain financial risk management strategies to protect the organization from potential financial losses.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors on financial governance matters and compliance status.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, auditing, or financial governance.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven experience in risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
