Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Manager to support our finance team with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and inventory management. This role will be essential in ensuring smooth financial operations as we continue to expand in the after-market automotive and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• General accounting and recording of transactions: accounts receivable and accounts payable using NetSuite.
• Budgeting and forecasting reporting.
• Assist in generating financial and inventory reports in NetSuite.
• Monthly Financial Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in developing ad-hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide financial and inventory insights.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Experience with NetSuite (a cloud-based business management software), particularly in accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and Ad-hoc reporting.
• Advance Knowledge of Power BI for report processing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling capabilities.
• Problem solver with outstanding analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
