Job Title: Financial Operations Director

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Director to lead and manage our financial operations team. This role involves overseeing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor the financial operations team.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial management or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
