The incumbent will be responsible for utilizing analytical and quantitative methods to maximize supply chain processes for Carib Brewery (Grenada) Limited. Key Duties include: Develops models to recommend inventory deployment configurations and optimize ordering parameters; Design and produce monthly internal reports and metrics to measure performance against contractual deliverables; Monitor and manage key performance indicators and utilize operating systems to execute root cause analysis; Manage supply chain data by designing, producing, analyzing, continuously improving, and presenting monthly logistics and supply chain metrics. Qualification and/or Experience: BSc. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an FMCG environment in a Finance or Analytics role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint. High level of competence in Power BI and other analytical/data visualization tools. Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
