Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Performance Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing and enhancing our company's financial performance. You will work closely with various departments to provide insightful data analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support our growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources to assess financial performance and identify trends, variances, and anomalies.

Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards to present findings to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and relevant.

Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning processes.

Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements within financial reporting and analysis, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and management, to gather necessary data and provide financial insights that support business decisions.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies in all financial analyses and reporting activities.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct special projects and ad hoc analyses as required to support business needs and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Performance Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
