As we scale our clinic footprint, we are building a professional finance organization to support rapid growth, reporting, and strategic planning. Position Overview We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial management, month-end close, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role works closely with PE ownership, Finance & Executive leadership, and the accounting team to maintain forecast models, develop executive and Board-level reporting, and analyze clinic and service-line performance. This role is ideal for candidates with accounting, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking experience looking to grow into a strategic FP&A function. Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close, reviewing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Maintain rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis Develop reporting packages for leadership and Board meetings Analyze clinic-level performance, payroll/labor trends, membership growth, inventory, and profitability Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives Contribute to dashboards and automated reporting tools Why Join Us Hands-on exposure to executive leadership and Board reporting Opportunity to transition from accounting, consulting, or IB into FP&A Contribute to financial planning and reporting for a rapidly expanding multi-state business Career expansion within a high-growth, professionalizing finance function Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 Base Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Nice to have: Power BI or SQL experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
