They are seeking a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst to join their team. Your day‑to‑day as a FP and Reporting Analyst: Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards for multiple departments including Finance, Operations, and Sales. Standardize KPI definitions and business rules to ensure consistent reporting across the organization. Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to maintain accuracy and reliability of financial information. Support the implementation of new budgeting and forecasting tools, including data integration and analytics visualization. Automate recurring reporting processes and build self‑service analytics tools to reduce manual spreadsheet reliance. Assist with ERP transformation by defining reporting requirements and testing new outputs for integration into analytics systems. Your skills and experience: 1‑3 years of FP&A experience or 5+ years of directly related financial planning and analysis work. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Data Analytics/Science, or related field. Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, BI tools, or data extraction software for financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to translate business needs into actionable dashboards and metrics for various stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑finance audiences.
