Position Overview:

The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and planning support to drive strategic business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and support business planning.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze financial performance versus budget and forecast; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather relevant financial data and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure financial practices and reports comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
    • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
