The position will play a central role in modernising systems, enhancing data structures, and implementing BI tools.Duties will include:Reviewing and enhancing month-end processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting timelinesProducing insightful financial reports, including variance analysis against budgets and forecastsDelivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the organisationDesigning and developing dashboards and visual reports to support business performance trackingLeading the selection and implementation of a Business Intelligence platformAssessing and improving data structures to ensure robust and reliable reportingReducing reliance on manual processes through automation and system improvementsSupporting the development and implementation of budgeting and planning systemsBuilding driver-based financial models aligned to operational performancePartnering with business units to provide financial insight and constructive challengeIdentifying ongoing opportunities for process improvements within financeAbout the Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified finance professional with strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to BI tools. They will possess excellent analytical and communication abilities, with a proven track record in financial modelling, reporting, and process improvement.
